On Friday, March 7, we once again thanked all the exceptional women in our buildings on the occasion of International Women's Day. As a token of our respect and gratitude, we gave out fragrant roses, which we believe brought joy to the recipients.

We hope each floral card reminded the birthday girls how important and unique they are. Thank you for being a part of our lives.

The best thing about Christmas markets is the way people meet, talk and sip a hot drink. And that's exactly the atmosphere we wanted to create in our lobby.

We served mulled wine and hot pears as part of the Advent spirit. Those who wanted to, stopped for a while, enjoyed their drink and had fun with their colleagues. Thanks to you, our Christmas event was a real success. Thank you!

In October 2024 we organized a charity exhibition in the lobby of the Blox building for all lovers of street photography. You could admire the images of talented photographers Jakub Sadílek, Andrea Škrabalová and Ondřej Vachek, who also became members of our expert jury. They had the task of selecting the three best photographs that the tenants sent us for the competition and which became part of our exhibition as a reward. They were most impressed by the picture taken by Maria Ponomarenko.

All of the photos on display were for sale. In total, 17 works were auctioned and a respectable 28,500 CZK was raised. All the proceeds were donated to Jakub Skalski, who lives with spinal muscular dystrophy. Thank you very much for your participation and donations.

Vitamins and vitamins again. That's probably the most common recipe for avoiding the flu.That's why we sent boxes of vitamins to your offices.To give your immunity a little boost.

We hope you enjoyed the fruit. And maybe thanks to our small donation, this year's cold and flu season won't even start for you.

Did you know we keep bees on the roof of our building? They are cared for by an experienced beekeeper Augustin Uváčik, who is one of the well-known promoters of rooftop beekeeping. Together with him we harvested our "urban honey" on 27 June 2024.

And because you could not miss such an activity, we started bottling honey right in our lobby. Mr. Beekeeper explained and demonstrated everything, and those who wanted to could try it for themselves. It was a pleasant diversification of the working afternoon.

Everyone loves ice cream. And so we took advantage of the sunny days and thought we could make your working day a little more pleasant with some honest ice cream.

So we invited a stylish ice cream stand from Yes Yes into the lobby of our building and let you munch to your heart's content. It was clear from your satisfied expressions that it rarely ended with just one scoop. We're glad we hit the spot with our ice cream stand.

Life is full of adventures, but it can also bring unexpected situations where preparation is essential. That’s why we invited experienced paramedic Jurij Pelypenko, DiS., to our lobby to help us refresh the basics of first aid.

During the workshop, we practiced CPR on a mannequin and listened to several fascinating stories from a paramedic’s real-life experience. The event sparked great interest, which made us very happy. We believe the skills gained could one day help save a life.

The atrium of the BLOX building has traditionally belonged to artists. This time, we invited the most qualified among them to this space – the talented students of the Elementary Art School in Libčice nad Vltavou and the Art and Photography Studios of the Station of Young Technicians of the Capital City of Prague.

We opened the exhibition “…possibilities II” on June 13th with a vernissage, which was enriched by the participation of students from other art clubs – modern dance and flute playing. It was truly an inspiring evening.

However, the students of the art school and art studios are no newcomers here. Last year, you could view their works at the “…possibilities” exhibition.

The current exhibition is on display until September 13, 2024, in the atrium of the BLOX building. Visit us any working day from 9 AM to 5 PM.

The BLOX building was alive with hockey. The biggest hockey holiday did not leave us cold, so we organized a screening of the Czech national team's games during the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 2024 on a big screen TV in Restaurant & Café BLOX.

Together with you, we watched the winning campaign against Denmark and the breathtaking game against Canada. We have prepared refreshments, chilled Pilsner beer and soft drinks to make sure that you enjoy this hockey holiday to the fullest. Exceptional fan atmosphere during both games only testifies to the fact that it was really successful.

We've been rooting for up-and-coming artists since we were kids. And so we are very happy that for the second time we are organizing an exhibition of the best works of the pupils of the Antonín Čermák Primary School and Kindergarten in Prague 6. The opening of the exhibition "Stories" took place on 13 March and the young artists proved their versatility. They not only presented their paintings to the visitors, but also played guitars for them.



The exhibition will be on display for free until the end of May 2024 in the atrium of the BLOX building. Stop by any weekday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As part of International Women's Day, we wanted to thank all the amazing women we have in our area. That's why on Friday, March 8th, we gave out fragrant roses and tulips in our buildings to hopefully bring a little bit of joy, beauty and thanks to the women we gifted.

We hope that whenever the birthday women looked at their flowers, they were reminded of how important and unique they are.

As part of our festive cheer, we invited our tenants to a Christmas hot drink in the week of 27 November. In some buildings for mulled wine, in others for a hot pear. When we planned the Cup of Christmas Cheer event, we had no idea how perfectly we'd hit the week when the first snow blanketed Prague and frost greeted it. We believe that thanks to the beautiful winter weather we made the upcoming Advent more enjoyable for our tenants and thanked them for their loyalty.

Design and art go hand in hand. That's why we are happy that the second opening took place in our design building Blox. This time, the painter Lucie Hanyková visited us on 14 November with her captivating paintings. To the sound of the piano and the gentle bubbling of champagne bubbles, she personally presented her exhibition entitled Under Layers of Oil. If you missed the opening, don't despair. The exhibition is open to the general public until 22 December every working day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Blox, Evropská 11/2758, Prague 6, Dejvice P. S. This is a sales exhibition. So go and have a look, and who knows, you might just sort out your Christmas presents.

The Blox building hosted the first ever opening of an exhibition called ...possibilities. This unique exhibition featured a selection of talented works by children and young artists who had recently successfully passed the talent exams for the Václav Hollar Secondary School of Art, the Graphic Art School, the Panská Secondary School and other selective schools. The vernissage was not only about visual art, but also about music and dance of talented students, which is proved by the photos from the event.
